C Certifier & C Faller Classes
North Zone Fallers CEO Dave Branson and partner/son Nik Branson have teamed up with former Cal Fire employee Pat Bailey to bring to you, at your location, C Faller, C Certifier classes. Our course is a unique combination of OSHA, Cal Fire, USFS and professional timber faller philosophy. Our course will not only meet your agency requirements but will exceed your expectations.
Dave is a third generation Timber Faller and Nik is the fourth generation of timber fallers in the Branson family, together they run North Zone Timber Fallers Inc. a specialized wildland fire hazard tree cutting service. Along with Dave’s tremendous experience as a cutter/faller he holds lifetime teaching credentials at the secondary and junior college level. Nik is a highly regarded professional timber faller and contractor. Dave and Nik have 48 years of professional timber falling experience between them. Pat Bailey has had an exceptional career worth of expertise in teaching sawyer’s, faller classes, fire behavior and wildland firefighting and was one of Cal Fire’s top hazard tree fallers. Pat was on the committee that re-evaluated and put into affect the new C-Level Handbook for faller training with Cal Fire in 2008. Dave and Pat presently instruct saw classes at the College of the Siskiyous Fire Training Academy in Weed California. Together they make an unbeatable team that promises to give you more than your earned certification!
